About the opportunity

Our software solution is listed at $100/ month per recruiter. This is an easy sell into accounts with a large number of in-house recruiters and budgets for recruitment spend.

Max commission rate of 50% applicable during ramp -  in the first 3 months 

After month 3 , commission rate by monthly revenue booked  with accelerators reaching 50%

I have been in sales and worked for big companies like Salesforce and Autonomy.  The old school way of doing sales does not work any more and  we get it. The new approach is to engage  on social media and warm up the lead and then hand it over to sales.  We do all of that and also the customers would have already tried the free version of the product before engaging with you.  In addition we have a good understanding of our competition, a data base of their users which we will make available to you. 

We do not have a sales team of our own. However we do have a great marketing team and generate several good leads. All these leads will be distributed to you .  To be fail to all sale professionals these will be distributed proportional to the
